Context of the job opening

We are looking for an Industrial Project Manager to support the structuring, development, and technical deployment of our industrial projects internationally. You may be involved in several projects in parallel.

You will play a cross-functional role interfacing with internal teams, industrial partners, equipment suppliers, engineering firms, and external contractors. Your objective will be to ensure technical consistency, high-quality documentation, and effective coordination of industrial interfaces in the development of ROSI’s future plants and industrial standards.

Key Responsibilities

You will notably:

  • Structure technical interfaces between internal and external stakeholders
  • Consolidate critical information related to processes, equipment, utilities, automation, HSE, maintenance, and operations
  • Review and challenge technical deliverables from partners, suppliers, and engineering firms
  • Prepare clear summaries to support industrial decision-making
  • Contribute to the progressive standardization of ROSI’s future industrial sites
  • Produce technical documentation: interface matrices, specifications, datasheets, equipment and utilities lists, test plans, commissioning checklists
  • Support continuous improvement in robustness, safety, maintainability, and industrial performance

Profile

Education

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, preferably in industrial engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial chemistry, materials, or engineering management.

Experience

5–10 years of experience in industrial engineering, plant projects, process industrialization, or management of complex technical interfaces.
Experience in a growing industrial environment, working with equipment suppliers, engineering firms, EPC/EPCM contractors, or multi-site projects is a strong plus.

Skills
  • Solid understanding of industrial project phases: concept, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, ramp-up
  • Ability to read and challenge technical documents: PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, equipment and utilities lists, datasheets, mass/energy balances, CAPEX estimates
  • Good understanding of HSE, industrial safety, utilities, maintenance, and operations
  • Strong documentation and structuring skills
  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, pragmatism, and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders in a demanding and evolving environment
  • Fluent in English and French (C1/C2)

Additional information

  • Contract: 218-day annual package (forfait jours)
  • Location: Seyssins (38), with 10–20% travel expected
